Six steps. What we do at each, and what you do.

Every deal follows the same sequence whether the product comes from our catalogue or from you. Nothing is purchased until the audit is done and the deal is agreed in writing.

01Seller

The seller picks a product

Either from the Ozevo catalogue on this site, or a product you found on your own: a listing, a competitor's item, a sample you have in hand.

Ozevo

  • Confirms we can source the category and shipping mode you want
  • Asks for the details we need to run the audit: photos, listing, target quantity, variants

You

  • Choose a catalogue item or send us what you found
  • Tell us the quantity range and whether you lean sea or air
02Ozevo

Ozevo audits the product and the supplier

Before any money moves, we check what is being sold and who is selling it. The audit is the reason Ozevo exists; it is not a formality.

Ozevo

  • Product: specification against the listing, materials and finish, variants and colours, packaging and unit weight
  • Supplier: who they are, whether they can supply the quantity, their lead time, and their price against comparable suppliers
  • Flags anything that falls under a policy exclusion, such as electric products or cosmetics, so you know the refund position before you commit

You

  • Answer questions about how you will sell it: platform, price point, packaging needs
  • Decide whether to proceed once the audit result is in front of you
03Ozevo · Seller

The deal is finalised with the seller

Quantity, variants, shipping mode, delivery commitment and payment terms are agreed and written down. The policies on this site apply to every deal as published.

Ozevo

  • Issues the deal summary: product, quantity, variants, mode, delivery commitment
  • Confirms the policy terms that apply, including any exclusion for the product category

You

  • Confirm the deal summary
  • Make payment as agreed in the deal
04Ozevo · Agent

Details go to our agent in China

The finalised specification is handed to the person who will stand in front of the goods. Nothing is left to interpretation at the supplier's end.

  • Sends the agent the full specification, the agreed supplier and the inspection criteria
  • Stays the single point of contact for you throughout

05Agent · China

The agent purchases and inspects

Goods are bought and put through quality control inspection in China, before they are packed for the journey.

Ozevo

  • Agent purchases from the audited supplier against the agreed specification
  • Agent runs quality control inspection: quantity, variants, visible defects, packaging
  • Goods that fail inspection are not shipped

You

  • Nothing to do at this step
06Sea · Air

Goods ship by sea or by air

By ship within 90 days, by air within 40. Once the goods reach you, a two-day inspection window applies for damage or breakage.

Ozevo

  • Ships by the mode fixed in the deal
  • Delivers within the commitment: 40 days by air, 90 days by ship
  • Handles any claim raised within the inspection window under the published policies

You

  • Check the delivery within two days of receiving it
  • Raise any damage or breakage claim inside that window
