These are the terms every Ozevo deal runs on. They are not fine print and they are not negotiable per order. Read them before you start a deal; they are restated in the deal summary you sign off.
Goods shipped by air are delivered within 40 days. Goods shipped by ship are delivered within 90 days. The mode is fixed in the deal summary and the commitment is written into it.
Delivery time: 40 days by air, 90 days by ship.
Once you receive the product, a two-day hold applies for checking damage or breakage. Within that window you can claim a refund or a return. After the window closes, the delivery is accepted.

If Ozevo cannot deliver within 7 days, the payment is refunded.

Wording under confirmation: the event the 7 days count fromColour will not be exactly as pictured. Expect a 5 to 10 percent difference between the product photograph and the delivered item. We state this up front rather than handle it as a complaint later.

No refund or return applies to cosmetics (where expired) or to electric products. If the product you are sourcing falls into either category, the audit will flag it and the deal summary will restate this.

These policies apply as published on the date the deal summary is issued. If a term changes, deals already finalised keep the terms they were signed under.
